“I recently completed Daniel's online course, AWS Learning Accelerator, and I have to say, it was one of the best courses I've ever taken. The course content was well-structured, easy to follow, and incredibly informative. Daniel's teaching style is clear and concise, and he explains complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand.”
“A+ -- Great course to quickly get up to speed on how to build in AWS”
“Great content! Perfect course to have some hands-on experience on AWS. I wish there are more like this, usually they are too basic.”
“It is an amazing course to learn hands on AWS services. ”
You will learn about and use S3, Lambda, Rekognition, DynamoDB, Simple Notification Service (SNS), API Gateway, IAM, and Cloudwatch.
In this course, you work for a Passport office that is looking to automate the detection and validation of human faces in user submitted photographs. After evaluating an image, you will store its results, notify clients, and provide APIs for other microservices to access the results. The entire project is built using Serverless AWS components.
You will be using Python for the coding portion of the course. Some Python experience is recommended but not necessary - any programming experience should do.
The course has approximately 20 lessons and approximately 3.5 hours worth of content.
If your AWS account is less than 12 months old, you will not be charged a single cent. Otherwise, you can expect a very small charge (guaranteed less than $0.10). You can always sign up for a brand new account to avoid the charge.
No. I firmly believe the best way to learn AWS is to get hands on in the AWS console. Infrastructure as Code is better suited once you have a solid grasp on the fundamentals and is beyond the scope of this course.
Yes! Each course comes with lifetime access for all course contents including supplemental materials.
